Viola J. Robillard, 84, returned to her eternal home on May 6, 2020.

A Memorial Service will be held at 10:00 AM on Friday, May 15, 2020 at Bismarck Funeral Home, Bismarck, ND.  Burial will be at Sunset Memorial Gardens, Bismarck, ND.

Viola was born January 17, 1936.  She was raised on her parent’s farm near Hebron, ND. After graduating from Taylor High School, she attended Dickinson State College.  She later married and together they raised three beautiful children.

In the fall of 1983, she met Bob Robillard.  They were married on February 19, 1987.  They lived in Center, ND, and later moved to Bismarck, ND.

Viola had a long, successful career.  She worked at Red Owl for 17 years.  She later worked for the DOT until her retirement in 1999.  Some of her favorite hobbies were painting landscapes and making arts and crafts.

Viola will be deeply missed by her husband, Bob of 33 years; children, Lyle (Maggie) Heinle of Tower City, ND, Deborah (Don) Kates of Mandan, ND, and Beverly Brackel of Casper, WY; seven grandchildren; and four great grandchildren.  She is also survived by Bob’s sons, Richard, Henry, and Robin Robillard and their families.
