Robert F. Robillard, 77, of Mandan, ND, passed away on January 25, 2021, at a Bismarck hospital.

A Memorial Service will be held at 10:00 AM on Saturday, January 30, 2021 at the Bismarck Funeral Home with Father Jon Paul Gardner as celebrant.  Burial will be at the Sunset Memorial Gardens, Bismarck. A Livestream of the Service will be available on the Bismarck Funeral Home Facebook page.

Robert was born on January 14, 1944 in Bottineau, ND.  He was raised in Dunseith, ND. He attended welding school in Lynwood, CA.  After graduating from welding school, he returned to North Dakota to work on Minutemen Missile for Boeing.  In the 1960’s he worked for ABM.  In 1973, he joined the Boilermakers and worked as a Boilermaker for 35 years.  He retired in 1995 due to an injury.

On February 20, 1987, Robert married, Viola.  They enjoyed spending time together and loved each other’s company.

Robert had five children, Delray, Henry, Richard, Robin, and Shelly that he loved very much.

He is survived by Henry and Jennifer Robillard, Richard Robillard, Robin and Michelle Robillard; his grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Robert was preceded in death by his wife, Viola Robillard; his first born, Delray; only daughter, Shelly; and his parents.
