Melinda (Mindy) Wehri, 49, Mandan, passed away on January 28, 2024 due to a terminal illness. A memorial service will be held on Thursday, May 16, 2024 at 11:00 am at the Bismarck Funeral Home. Burial will be held at the Mandan Union Cemetery.
Mindy was born on September 23, 1974 to Henry and Sandy (Bullinger) Hurst. She was raised and attended school in Mandan, North Dakota.
Mindy married Mike Wehri on May 16, 1998. They made their home in Minnesota for thirteen years before moving back to North Dakota.
She is survived by two daughters, Maddie Wehri and Emily (Jedd) Marcella; grandchildren, Amara Simpson and Jax Marcella; parents, Henry and Sandy Hurst; brother, Hank Hurst.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Mike Wehri; two sons, Wyatt and Carter Wehri; grandparents, Henry and Maude Hurst Sr., Wendelin and Helen Bullinger; cousin, Andy Bullinger and a special friend, Shelly (Peterson) Elrod.
A very special thank you to Travis Campbell for always being there when help was needed.
She was an amazing loving and beautiful soul.I’m blessed to have gotten to spent the time had with her she is greatly loved and missed
