Ardeen R. Belile Brenneise, 73, of Bismarck, passed away surrounded by her loved ones on November 11, 2023, at CHI St. Alexius, Bismarck.

Ardeen was born on May 16th, 1950, to Chauvin and Bernice (Schmidkunz) Belile. She was raised on a farm near Driscoll, ND, as the 11th of 12 children. Ardeen graduated from Driscoll Country School. Ardeen made an adventure of living in California for a year. On return, Ardeen met and married Roger Brenneise in 1971. Her greatest joy in life are her 3 children, 12 grandchildren, and one great-granddaughter.

Ardeen enjoyed working in the service of others, working as a CNA, and then with people with disabilities. She spent the last 20 years at Dakota Center for Independent Living, only retiring when diagnosed with cancer.

Ardeen enjoyed a good joke, that would hopefully make her laugh until she cried. She enjoyed time with friends over a cup of coffee. Taking a drive with no destination in mind. Most of all she cherished her time with her family, including friends who became family. Ardeen will be missed most for her laughter, her heart and never claiming to be a day over 29 years old.

Ardeen will be deeply missed by her children, Roger and April Brenneise, Randy and Jamie Brenneise, and Jackie Brenneise; her grandchildren, Mason, Tianna, Kylie, Chauvin, Nicholas, Timothy, Jacob, Gracie, Janae, Kaden, Kyrie, and Evangeline; one great-grandchild, Brexli; her siblings, nieces and nephews.

Ardeen will join husband, Roger Sr.; parents, Chauvin, and Bernice; brothers, Wayne, Curtis, Junior, and Loudell; and sister, Muriel.

A Funeral Service will be held at 12:00 PM on Friday, November 17, 2023, at Faith Lutheran Church, Bismarck, ND.   Burial will follow at the Driscoll City Cemetery, Driscoll, ND.

Visitation will be held Thursday, November 16, 2023, from 5:00-7:00 PM at Bismarck Funeral Home, with a Prayer Service at 7:00 PM. Visitation will continue at the church one hour before the service.
