Darnell was a neighbor on South 15th Street in Bismarck, lived across the street. Darnell was older than I was and was always working on cars in the driveway and the street. Him, Jerry, Daryl, Bob and some others. Us younger guys got to help by cleaning parts, scraping the gaskets off of the heads or oil pans, etc, (yea, they were always willing to let us help, such nice guys). Always friendly and even in later years when I met up with him,it was nice to visit. My condolences to Ardell and the rest of the Family
at this difficult time. Stay strong and stay safe.
