Vickie L. Voegele (Ruff), 67, Bismarck, ND, passed away on May 26th, 2023 at home surrounded by family.

Vickie was born in Billings Montana on March 22, 1956 to Lawrence “Sonny” Ruff and Lillian Ruff (Horner). She Married Perry Voegele in October of 1977. To this union two children were born, Brandon and Tanya.
Vickie worked as a waitress for many years. Her most loved job was being a mom and nana.
She enjoyed dancing, camping (sitting around a campfire was her happy place), spending time with family and sharing her faith in Jesus Christ. Her faith in God had a huge impact on her life and led her on a better path. She was known as “Momma Vickie” to many.
Vickie is survived by her children Brandon Voegele, Mandan ND, Tanya (Travis) Ell, Bismarck, ND; Grandchildren Kameron and Jordan Voegele, Myka, Avery and Axeton Ell; Brother Doug (Brenda) Ruff, Billings MT; Nephews Donavan Ruff and Shawn (Rashell) Ruff, Billings MT; Great-niece Brylee Ruff; Great-nephew Isaiah Ruff.
She was preceded in death by her parents Lawrence “Sonny” Ruff and Lillian Ruff and her Grandparents.
