REBECCA “BECCY” BRINK

Rebecca Brink started her journey to the next life Sunday May 19, 2019.  A memorial service will be held on Friday, May 24, 2019, at 11:00 a.m., at McCabe United Methodist Church.  Beccy fought illness for 14 years.  Her battle was fought with courage, determination, and humor.  She was an inspiration to all that knew her and a woman of true strength and love.

Beccy’s passions were her family, friends- furry and human alike – and her home.  She was artistic, creative, intelligent and kind.  She loved to quilt, needlepoint, tend to her flower garden and craft dolls and teddy bears.  She built, ran and sold a successful company before retiring.  She also enjoyed a good margarita – no salt.

Beccy lived life to the fullest.  She was a great wife, mother, grandmother and friend.  She is loved and respected by all who knew her.  She never forgot to notice and enjoy the small things as life drifted along.  Her zest and passion for living is a continuing inspiration and the memories are cherished by all who knew her. She resides in our souls.

Beccy is free again to dance.  This beautiful woman is at a deserved peace with friends and family.  Until we meet again Scout, we find peace in your freedom.  We know you will love and welcome us when it is time for our next journey.

Rebecca is survived by her daughters, Jessie and Dani; granddaughters, Kylee, Charlotte and Olivia; husband, David; brother, Carl; sisters, Cathy and Paula; two other siblings; many nieces and nephews; and her true friends, Deb and Denise.
