Patricia “Pat” Bernice Ochsner, 84, passed away peacefully surrounded by her family in her home in Wilton, ND on July 13, 2020. Visitation will be on Friday, July 17, 2020 from 5pm – 7pm followed by a prayer service and remembrance at Bismarck Funeral Home. Mass of Christian Burial will be Saturday, July 18, 2020 at 10am at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Wilton, ND. Burial will follow at Tuttle Cemetery.
Pat was born on December 12, 1935 in Wilton, ND to Frank and Agnes (Kabylnick) Rogowski. She was the youngest of four children. Pat graduated from St. Mary’s High School in 1954.
Pat married Albert Jorgensen in 1955, together they had 5 children. In 1976 Pat married Clifford Ochsner, together they had 2 children.
Pat loved spending time with family and friends. She always had a very nice garden (vegetable & flower). She loved drawing and riding horseback in her younger years as well as doing leather work. Pat loved sewing and quilting blankets. She loved going on trips to Oregon and Washington to visit family. She enjoyed fishing, cooking, and loved spending any time she could with her family and friends. She couldn’t turn down a game of canasta/hand & foot. Later on, she took-up putting puzzles together and reading novels.
Pat will be dearly missed by her children Dan (Nancy) Jorgensen, Tracy Lausch ( Rick Seibel), Lenora ( Lavern) Leno, Chris Jorgensen, Sheri (Francis) Schneider, LeAnn Ochsner (Jason Gildea), Micky (Kelli) Ochsner, 21 Grandkids, 32 Great Grandkids, 2 Great Great Grandkids, sister Francis Jarvis, relatives and friends.
Pat was preceded in death by her parents Frank and Agnes (Kalbynick) Rogowski, 2 brothers Richard and Teddy, husbands, Albert Jorgensen Jr., and Clifford Ochsner.
