It is with sadness we lay our mom to rest…
We know her time with us is over….
for God knows what is best……
Mom was a caring wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister, and friend. Her love will live with us forever until we are with her again.
Marian was born to Arthur and Catherine Peterson on December 30, 1932. She was raised and educated in Dodge, ND where she met and married her husband, Herbert Stuber. Together they had four children, Jerome “Sonny” (Deb) Stuber, Diane (John) Glass, Joan (Ron) Kirschman, and David (Jolene) Stuber. They were blessed with their five grandchildren, Jennifer (Ben) Sydnam, Shelly (Ryan) Mills, Kristi (Paul) Krumm, Jesse Kirschman, and Benjamin (Kelsey) Stuber. Mom was blessed with seven great-grandchildren, Reese and Ryan Mikkelsen; Everly Sydnam; Gracie and Alexis Krumm; and Kaylee Kirschman and Finnegan Stuber. Mom was also blessed with two step grandchildren and five step great-grandchildren.
Surviving mom are sisters, Helen, Josie, and Rita Fay; brothers Walter, LeRoy, and Stanley; many nieces, nephews, and extended family members who all held a special place in her heart.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Arthur and Catherine; husband, Herbert; grandson, John II; sisters, Ruby, Leona, Geraldine, and Janet; and brothers, James and Leonard.
The unbreakable bond and the unchallenged love
will carry us forever until we hold her again.
