Lois Mertz, 78, passed away on August 9, 2024, at a local care center. A private family service will be held.
Lois was born in Beulah, North Dakota on December 29, 1946. On November 29, 1964, she married Jim Mertz in Bismarck, North Dakota.
She will be greatly missed by her husband, Jim; daughter, Kim (Brian) Reinke; son, Bradlee (Cori Hanson) Mertz; grandchildren, Elizabeth (Kelsey) Wagendorf, Ben (Bailey) Reinke, and Hunter Mertz.
Lois is also survived by her sisters Betty (Ed Schwab) Mertz, Karen (Lyle) Schadler and brother Sam (Becky) Ude.
