Judy E Schock Fandrich, 82, passed away on January 19, 2025 at Sanford Hospice House. She is now in heaven with her beloved husband Morris. A service will be held on Friday, January 31 at 10:30 a.m. at Bismarck Funeral Home. The burial will be at the North Dakota Veterans Cemetery at 1 p.m.
Judy was born on November 13,1942 at home to Albert and Alvina (Werner) Krein. They lived in McClusky, ND where she graduated from McClusky High School in 1960.
Judy was married to Morris Fandrich on July 7, 2011 at their home on Brush Lake north of Mercer ND. Judy worked several jobs while raising her children. She worked at FEMA, traveling and serving the people that suffered from destruction. She worked at Sears early on in her career. She also worked with and assisted Governor Ed Shafer while he was in office. In her spare time, she enjoyed selling Judy Lee Jewels at home while hosting parties. Judy enjoyed crafting with her craft group in Bismarck for the last 44 years. She also had a birthday group from years ago that she enjoyed having coffee parties with. Both Judy and Morris enjoyed spending time at the lake with friends and family. They loved gardening, pontoon rides and outdoor campfires with others.
Judy will be deeply missed by her children, Danise Buhr (Kent) of Hickson, ND, Val Schock (Tinna) of Bagley, MN, Shyla Frusciante (John) of Alexandria, MN; Stepdaughter, Nicole Fandrich (Neil) of Farmington, MN; 6 grandchildren; 10 great grandchildren; sisters, Jeannie Hayward, Nelda Krein, Susan Shook, Connie Udell and brother, Lonnie Krein.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Morris; parents, Albert and Alvina Krein, and brother, DuWayne Krein
