John Holzer, 91, Strasburg, passed away on January 12, 2021, in a Bismarck hospital. Memorial services will be on Thursday, January 14, 2021, at 12:30 p.m., at Bismarck Funeral Home. For those who cannot attend, the service will be streamed live on the Bismarck Funeral Home Facebook page.
John was born on May 12, 1929, in Strasburg, ND to Rochus and Barbara (Schneider) Holzer
John was united in marriage to Bertha Kiefer on October 26, 1953, in Strasburg.
John is survived by his wife: Bertha, Strasburg; sons: David (Doris) Holzer, Edmond, WA, Mark (Mary) Holzer, Red Lion, PA, Steven Holzer, Lisbon, ND; five grandchildren; three great grandchildren; and sister: Eva Eberspecher, Spokane, WA.
John was preceded in death by his parents, three brothers and two sisters.
