David W. A. Woelber passed away October 7, 2019 at a care center in Garrison, ND. A graveside service will be held at 1 p.m. Tuesday, October 15 th in Mandan at the North Dakota Veterans Cemetery with full military honors for his career in the U.S. Air Force.
