Darrell Hal Radomski, 74, Mandan, passed away October 19, 2023. Funeral services will be on Tuesday, October 24, 2023, at 11:00 a.m. at Bismarck Funeral Home. The service will be livestreamed on the Bismarck Funeral Home website. Visitation will be on Monday, from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. at the funeral home and continue one hour prior to the start of the service.
Darrell was born October 21, 1948, to Frieda (Wojahn) and David Radomski in Velva, ND. Darrell graduated from Velva High School. He spent a majority of his life working in construction and was with Capital City Construction for the majority of his career, retiring in 2011. Among his accomplishments, he was part of the construction crew for the Medora Amphitheater, Memorial Bridge and Mandan Water Plant.
Darrell was united in marriage to Elly Mauch on November 15, 1974, in Morton County. They made their home in Mandan, ND where they raised their boys.
Darrell enjoyed camping, fishing, hunting, going to the races, working on his boys’ vehicles, and providing his opinion!
Darrell was an active member of Mandan Moose club for many years.
Darrell is survived by his wife, Elly of Mandan; sons, Brad (Sara) of Rugby, and Blair of Mandan; grandchildren, Hunter, Kyla and Lindy Radomski of Rugby, Brooke Radomski of Towner, and Cohen Radomski of Fargo; Great-grandchild due in December; brother Gary (Terry) Radomski of Apple Valley, MN; sister-in-law Mae (Jon) Hieb of Bismarck; and his brothers-in-law Jim Scheresky of Max and Kelly (Mary) Mauch of Bismarck and many nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents; stepfather Warren Sandberg; sisters, Annetta (Vern) Peplow, Carolyn (Alvin) Aaseth and Diane Scheresky; brother, Allen Radomski; and in-laws Willis and Goldie Mauch.
