Daniel Kinsella Sr.

Daniel Troy Kinsella Sr., 59, of Mandan ND, passed away on Dec 1, 2024 surrounded by loved ones peacefully.

 Daniel, was born on June 29, 1965 to Harold & Phyllis Kinsella (Wetzel) of Mandan ND, Daniel has 4 siblings Ricky Kinsella, Stacy Dirk, Nancy Kruckenberg, and Billy Kinsella. Daniel has many 7 nieces and 2 nephews and many great nieces and nephews 

Daniel attended school in Mandan ND and went onto job corps and held many odd jobs. In 1985 Daniel met his first wife Peggy (Jean) Kinsella (Bingham) while being employed for her uncle Terry Palmer. Daniel was best friends with Jean's brother Danny Bingham. Daniel instantly fell in love with Peggy (Jean) and they wed later on July 7, 1986. They went on to have three children Amber Rose Kinsella, Daniel Troy Kinsella Jr. And Sheena lee Kinsella (Michael) Sauter.

Daniel enjoyed many hobbies including the outdoors. He enjoyed many hours fishing with his children and brothers. He enjoyed a busy social life and spent good times with friends and family at his local favorite bar, stage stop playing darts, pool and his fantasy football league. Daniel was a huge lover and cared for many animals, he was kind hearted and would give the shirt off his back to those less fortunate than him. Daniel was a very devoted father, and made sure to spend time with his children and later on his grandchildren, Nannaly Jean Swenson(10), Ridley Harold Swenson(8), and Liam Sauter (3). 

Daniel is proceeded in death by his parents, Phyllis and Harold Kinsella; his grandparents, Wetzels and Kinsella; his daughter, Amber Rose Kinsella and his aunts and uncles. 

He is survived by his daughter, Sheena lee Kinsella (Michael) Sauter; his son in law; his grandchildren, Nannaly Swenson, Ridley Swenson, Liam Swenson; his brothers, Ricky Kinsella, Billy Kinsella; his sisters, Stacy Dirk, Nancy Kruckenberg and his many nieces and nephews 

Service will be held at Mandan United Methodist Church on Monday, December 9, 2024 at 1:00p.m.
