Brad Huncovsky

d. November 29, 2021

Brad Huncovsky passed away on November 29, 2021 at Sanford Health, Bismarck, ND.

Brad was born on July 7, 1955, to Lois and Warren Huncovsky in Covina, CA.  His childhood was spent in West Covina, CA. He graduated from Edgewood High School in West Covina where he was a star player on the football team.

Brad spent several summers as a teen on his Grandfather Art Rossow’s farm in Flasher, ND helping with farm work.  As an adult, he lived for many years in Victorville, CA raising his son, Bradley.  Brad was a master carpenter, working in the construction industry, and most recently for Dakota Fence Company in Bismarck.

He moved to Mandan, North Dakota in May 2013. He enjoyed the ND pace of life and afternoon porch-sitting with his cousin Robyn and friends to watch the local wildlife in their neighborhood.

Brad will be remembered as a happy-go-lucky guy who always had a smile for you.  He loved fishing and hunting, golf, playing Sequence with his family, breakfast at Kroll’s Diner, motorcycle riding, the Green Bay Packers and the Los Angeles Dodgers, the mountains, and all animals.

He will be deeply missed by his son, Brad J. Huncovsky (Marissa) of Sunland, CA; mother, Lois Huncovsky of Pflugerville, TX; father, Warren Huncovsky (Sharlene) of West Covina, CA; brothers, Ken Huncovsky of Pflugerville, TX and Jeff Huncovsky of Linwood, MI; sisters, Loni Day Eicholtz of Bismarck, ND and Linda (Robey) Vengarick of Riverside, CA; and his many Cousins, Aunts and Uncles, and Nephews and Nieces.

Cremation has taken place. A memorial service will be held at a later date in the Spring.
