Eunice was born January 12th, 1936, to Norman and Elizabeth (Fetzer) Rippley. She was raised on the family farm and attended school in Tuttle. On October 14th 1952 she was united in marriage to Donald Weisenburger. They lived near Tuttle where they farmed and ranched and raised their four children. In 2013, they moved into Tuttle where they enjoyed visiting with friends at the Tuttle café and Senior Center.
Eunice was a member of the local VFW. She could always be found in the kitchen, making delicious meals for her family. She will forever be remembered for her amazing cooking, but she was probably most famous for her chocolate cake with caramel frosting. When she wasn’t busy working on the farm or cooking, she enjoyed attending her grandchildren’s sporting events. Eunice also closely followed the Minnesota Twins and could often be heard yelling at the television when they were playing. Once when Eunice was attending a Twins game with Donnie, they made it on the Kiss Cam! While residing in the nursing home, Eunice enjoyed playing bingo and visits from all of her friends and family.
