Darvin Dean Moser gained his angel wings on November 21, 2021.

A memorial service will be held at 1:00 PM, Tuesday, November 30, 2021, at Bismarck Funeral Home.

Burial will be at 2:00 PM at the North Dakota Veterans Cemetery, Mandan.

Darvin was born in Miles City, MT on October 14, 1963. Darvin served in the National Guard from 1985 until 1992. He settled in Bismarck, ND and started a family. He was blessed with four children.

Darvin loved people and taking care of people. This was shown with the work he chose as a CNA. He was proud of the work he did and enjoyed making people’s lives better. He was the kind of person to give a stranger the shirt off his back if they needed it.

He loved nature and being outdoors. His children remember, fondly, spending summers on the Missouri River with him. He loved to grill and always made sure there was enough for everyone, including the neighbor boys who were friends with his sons. He enjoyed spending every holiday with his family. He always insisted on bringing kettle-fried knoephla; even when it was hot outside. His pride and joy was spending time with his grandsons, Maretti and Nico. He loved his family very much.

Darvin is survived by his children; Andrew (Kelsey), Fargo, ND, Austin (Kylie), Walnut Grove, MN, Trestan (Billie), Bismarck, and Riley (Tyrel), Mandan; two grandsons, Maretti and Nico; father, Edwin Moser, Bismarck sister, Sherry (Keith) Bonagofsky, Bismarck, brothers; Larry Moser, Bismarck and Bruce Moser, Bellevue, NE; many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Shannon Moser and his grandparents.

He was always respectful and giving the little things that people do not always think of to residents and his coworkers. My condolences go out to his family for your loss. You were blessed to have him in your life.

Condolences to the family.
