Anton Carlson

Anton “Tony” S. Carlson, passed away on May 22, 2021, in his home.  Per Anton’s wishes no services will be held.

Tony was born in Fargo, ND to Nora and Arthur Carlson on June 3, 1942.  He graduated from Fargo Central High School in 1961.  Tony joined the U.S. Army in 1961 until 1963.  He then joined the U.S. Air Force in 1963 and was honorable discharged in 1967.  Tony moved to Bismarck in 1979 and worked for Co-Operative Power, Coal Creek Station.  He also worked for the U.S. Food Services as a night biller.  Tony married Constance “Connie” Lawrence in 1982.  They were together for forty-two years and he passed away with her and their sixteen-year-old cat Midnight by his side.

Tony loved deer hunting, riding his Gold Wings, flying two- and four-seater airplanes, and working on computers.  Tony was a member of the American Legion and life member of the AmVets Club.  He was also a member of the Olivet Lutheran Church, Fargo.

Tony is survived by his ex-wife, Mary Lee; son, Tony Jr.; daughters, Chrissy, Sue, and Tammy; his wife of 38 years, Connie, and his cat, Midnight.

Tony was preceded in death by his parents and son, Eric.

Tony will be greatly missed by his loved ones.
