Mable Maggie Meyer, 81, of Mandan, passed away on November 18, 2017 at Sanford Hospital, Bismarck. A funeral service will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Friday, November 24, at Bismarck Funeral Home. Burial will be at the North Dakota Veterans Cemetery.
Visitation will be one hour prior to the service.
Mable was born July 8, 1936 to Edward and Emma Weible. She was born and raised in Turtle Lake, ND. She then moved to Bismarck, where she met Edwin Meyer. They were married May 13, 1955 in Golden Valley, ND.
Mable enjoyed her grandchildren, growing gardens, playing bingo and going to the casino.
She is survived by Mary (Gene) Kastrow, of Fargo, Wesley Meyer, of Mandan, Susan (Richard) Horst of Bismarck, Brenda (Jerry) Grosz, of Fargo, Linda (Dwight) Doll, Fargo, Becky (John) Rath, Carol Reinhardt, and Steven Meyer (Shelly), all of Bismarck; several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren; sister, Thelma Garner of Farmington, NM and her brothers, Benny (Peggy) Weible of Minot and Charlie (Joyce) Weible of Fargo.
She was preceded in death by her husband Edwin, parents, three brothers and her great-grandson, Michael Westphal.
