Dianna Huber, 72, of Bismarck, passed away on May 4, 2017 in a Bismarck Hospital. A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, May 9, 2017 at 2:30 p.m. at the Bismarck Funeral Home. Burial will be held at Fairview Cemetery.
Family will be receiving friends from 5-8 p.m. at the Bismarck Funeral Home on Monday with a prayer service at 7p.m.
Dianna was born on August 7, 1944 to David and Emma (Heck) Hildebrand in Kulm, ND and was raised on the farm. She married Louis Huber on Nov. 21, 1962. Dianna worked at the ND State Tax Dept. during tax season then went to work at United Printing for 29 years, Dans Super Market for 2 years and 12 years for St. Alexius print shop. Her hobbies included yard work and being able to keep active and independent, bowling, playing bingo and enjoyed her shopping. Always had a coupon and never paid full price for what she bought. Dianna loved being a grandmother and most of all being a great-grandmother to 4 great-granddaughters, Emma, Eva, Ellie and Nora.
She is survived by her daughter, DeNeen Fischer and her daughter Nikki (Matthew) Fischer-Buchholz, great-granddaughters: Emma, Eva, Ellie, grandson, Ray (Natasha) Huber, great-granddaughter, Nora, sister, Delilah Hettich, brothers, Lawrence (Pat), LaVerne (Lavonne) and Gary, and several nieces and nephews. A special thanks to Marilyn Hildebrand for all the care she gave while in Rochester and Russ Fischer for all the help since the passing of Louie.
She was preceded in death by her husband Louis, her parents, one son, Jerry, her inlaws, Jacob and Agatha Huber, brothers, LeMar Hildebrand, Floyd Hildebrand, brothers-in-law, William Hettich, Lawrence Huber, Leo Englund, sisters-in-law, Angie Huber and Ann Englund.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to a charity of the givers choice or the Central Dakota Humane Society.
