Sorry to hear of the loss of Uncle Roger. I have great memories of spending time with Uncle Roger and Aunt Leona and the girls. Memories include the shooting range, hunting, DQ ice cream, riding bike, fire house and truck tours, swimming pool, playing with the CB, going to the movie theater, back yard bon fires and of course Rex! These were great adventures for the farm kid! Gods blessing to all! Hugs, prayers and much love!

The news of Uncle Roger's death has filled my heart with sadness. I remember all of the days we spent at your house (or ours) and he was like a second father to us. My favorite memory is of the motorcycle rides we use to 'earn", by collecting buckets of tree-bark along the shore line, that would be used in the campfire at night and of course the wonderful tours of Keebler's Canyon! We always have so much fun! Accept my deepest sympathy, he will always be in our heart.

Kim, Leona and family - I'm so so sorry to hear of Roger's passing. I have many fond memories of my time at your house in high school hanging out with Kim and having Roger tease me about using sugar to reload his gun shells. I knew of course it was all B.S., but the joke was fun. I can still see him sitting in his chair in the living room watching his rear projection big screen TV (which was state of the art back then)...and the movie Xanadu was on...over and over! Wishing you peace...

My deepest condolences to my Godmother, Aunt Leona and family. I have such fun filled fond memories of Uncle Roger; looking hiking around the farm land for arrow heads ; rocks for the tumbler, (he used to call me movie star) shooting clay pigeons, and he always had some valuable information to share! Rest In Peace, and Godspeed!

I am sorry to hear of Uncle Roger's passing. I always enjoyed being in his presence. Numerous memories of course, but the one that stands out was as a young boy when he tried to teach me to shoot a rifle. I could pull the trigger of course, but could not hit the broad side of a barn back then ;-). My thoughts and prayers are with the family. -Ken & Shari Leier

Roger created fun for many of us, I loved the Morrell Mushroom Hunting, the good cook outs, The Shooting Range and just the laughing and talking times. Roger and Leona you were great Maintenance people here at the Church of Corpus Christi. Thanks Roger and Leona for a good life. Roger Rest in Peace.
