My condolences to the family and friends. It is never easy to have to say goodbye to a loved one. The pain of loss can be unbearable. Our Creator promises us that one day this pain will be just a memory. That beautiful promise can be found at Revelation 21:3, 4. With our pain and suffering a thing of the past, we can cry tears of joy as we welcome back the ones that we lost to death. I hope you find a measure of comfort and hope in these promises.

So sorry to hear of Jim's passing. I always enjoyed visiting with Jim as he made his rounds in Knollwood Condo Grounds. He was a very interesting conversationalist , with great stories of life. He knew everything about the condo property and loved sharing his expertise. He wil be greatly missed.

I am very sorry to hear of your loss. I always enjoyed my conversations with Jim. I was just starting my career in insurance toward the end of Jim's career. He had some really good advice for me which I have implemented with great success over the years.

I was saddened to learn of the passing of your husband, father and brother, James. I knew him in childhood, as his mother gave me my first haircut and his sister and I were classmates from 2nd thru 12th grade. I am saddened to learn of David's passing as well. As one gets older, childhood memories are strong and the Hildebrand family were certainly part of those memories. I loved playing their player piano when visiting in the home. Rest in peace James and God bring comfort to all. Marie Bender-Lee

As a District Manager for Farmers' Insurance, I found Jim to be a person who appreciated life, especially the "Arts". He was always able to visit with almost anyone with his low-key funny side. No doubt, he will be missed by many.

I was saddened to hear of Jim’s passing. I had always looked up to him as a musical mentor, whether it was in church choir or as members of a dance band know as the “Teen Kings” Peace to Jim’s family. I wish I had not lost contact with him. He was very knowledgeable, and I am a better musician because of his influence
