Kristen was a good friend of mine. We met at one of the local churches and she came to my single women's Bible Study every Friday night for about a year. We talked on the phone about life in general and about the Lord. She played piano beautifully and for a short time she played keyboard at All Nations Assembly of God church while I attended there. God bless you, Kristen, and I'll see you in Glory.

My thoughts and prayers go out to Kristen's family at this sad time. I worked with Kris at NDDOT for over 30 years until her retirement a couple of years ago. I tried to keep in touch by sending her updates on DOT news, retirements, etc. that I thought she would like to know about. She always responded with much appreciation. She will be missed by her DOT friends and family.

I'm so sorry to hear of Kris's passing...we worked together at the NDDOT/Finance Division for many years. We talked on the phone quite a bit in the last few years and we usually ended up laughing about memories from years past. Her stories about Virginia and Dale always/still make me chuckle. I will miss our conversations.

Kristen has been a good friend to me since we met at college. She always made me laugh and look on the bright side. She had such good stories to share; she knew so many funny jokes. Kristen was just a fun, caring person who was fun to be around. She was a special person and I am thankful to have known her and will always remember her. She had a deep faith and love of God. I know she has entered her heavenly home and joined her parents there. Until we meet again old friend!

Kristen was my dearest friend in high school and she was so very sweet and she was a great confidant as my friend. We walked home from school together and had sleep overs and giggled about silly things. She also had a pretty singing voice! We then went separate directions as I moved to Washington state for 34 years. Every time I had a break we would get together and catch up. We also prayed together and I pray now for God's peace and comfort to rest on her beloved family. Loved you dear friend, Sandy

Kristen and I were friends in high school. We were both in German class and used to joke about "schmutzig regenshirms" (just to perplex our friends). We attended the same church and were confirmed together. I miss the times we did have during those years. Kristen, I know you are dancing, joking and singing in heaven. Be at peace.

Kris and I date back to junior high and high school - we walked home from school together - she also had piano and later organ lessons with the same teacher as I - we both dreaded those recitals - I went to her church to listen to her fly her fingers over the organ keys and make such beautiful music - we drifted apart as I left the State but email kept us in touch - sadly - over time our connection dwindled - she was in my thoughts - I tried to keep up to date through mutual friends - quite a shock to learn that she has gone on to bigger and better things - god bless you my friend - your real life has just begun.....

I worked with Kristen at the Department of Transportation, and ALWAYS enjoyed visiting with her. She was an extremely kind person. She spoke highly of her family. I will miss her.

My deepest condolences to the family. Remember you are not alone at this difficult time. "God is our refuge and strength, a help that is readily found in times of distress." Psalm 46:1

I just read about the recent death of Kristen and I know the Mund family and loved ones have saddened hearts today. So I wanted to share beautiful scripture where our loving heavenly Father, Jehovah God, (Psalm 83:18), promises us that he is going to do away with man's greatest enemy, death. Rev. 21: 4; "And he will wipe out every tear from their eyes, and death will be no more, neither will mourning nor outcry nor pain be anymore. Isaiah 33:24 guarantees us: "And no resident will say "I am sick," ever again. God's kingdom that Jesus taught us to pray for at Matt. 6: 9, 10 will bring about these wonderful promises here on earth (Psalm 37:9-11, 29), including the resurrection. None of us are guaranteed tomorrow, but we are all guaranteed a resurrection. (John 5:28, John 6:40, John 11:23-25, Acts 24:15) Also, Titus 1: 2 tells us this promise of a resurrection: "is based on a hope of the everlasting life that God, who cannot lie, promised long ago." Isaiah 26:19 "Your dead will live......And the earth will let those powerless in death come to life." Isaiah 25:8 "He will swallow up death forever. For Jehovah himself has spoken it." For more comforting scriptures please visit: http://bit.ly/1K38EFt. It has given me hope, strengthened my faith and helped me find the answer to Why? I know it will do the same for you. John 17:3 Jehovah invites you to throw all your burdens on him and he will sustain you in your time of grief. Psalm 34:18 It is my prayer this scripture will give you comfort in your grief. If you feel up to contacting me, my email address is: myranj@centurytel.net I pray it will bring you comfort to please watch this beautiful video (Song 144) entitled "Keep Your Eyes on the Prize" https://tv.jw.org/#en/video/VODChildren/pub-pksn_24_VIDEO or watch this faith strengthening video: "Can The Dead Really Live Again?" https://vimeo.com/232445509
